At last I've found some time to update the site - things have moved on somewhat since the last pics.

The car's been back to the unit to get it ready for the final colours and the shots below show it in primer, white base and being masked up for the stripes.

Here the green and red stripes are painted on - the graphics have also been put on prior to the lacquer
and here's the car wearing it's new colours
And a quick test fit of the wheels - need to redrill the hubs but couldn't resist a quick fit to see how they looked

I was warming the car up to check oil pressure / temp guages and the lights but thought I had to capture that noise (again) - Click here

Now the hubs have been machined and redrilled the wheels are on the car

Right, that's all the glass in, new rubbers all round, including the silver inserts in the front and rear screens. The front spolier properly fitted with the Dzus backing plates rivetted in, the seat lowered so it now goes back far enough for me to be comfortable. Just about there

And here we are bang up to date, axle's back from being shortened, front outer rims are now 1" narrower, new rear brakes, new clutch master and slave cylinders, everything back on and boxed up and the car is looking superb
